Our Policy on Refunds
At Elantroe, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, reflecting the nature of the work we undertake.
Completed Services
Once a service has been fully utilized and the application or consultation process is complete, no refunds will be issued. Our fees cover the expert time, professional guidance, and administrative work involved in processing your case, regardless of the final outcome of the application (which is determined by the relevant authorities).
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service you have engaged us for, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than two (2) full days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled commencement of work or a key appointment may be eligible for a full or partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the work already completed.
- Any application or service cancelled within two (2) days (48 hours) of a key processing date or appointment will only be eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of the service fee. This is to cover the administrative costs and professional time already allocated to your case.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to endorsa@elantroe.com. The timestamp of the email will be used to determine eligibility for a refund as per the terms above.
